Hello,

I do get the message in the header all the time, even though I allowed up to 100 GB to be used in the preferences. Can anybody help me ?

There are three (3) places to set disk preferences! The following work for me:
Disk: use at most 2 GB  
Disk: leave free at least   0.05 GB 
Disk: use at most 50% of total

There are also two different places to set the preferences. One is on the web site, the other in BOINC Manager. The one in BOINC Manager overrides the preferences from the web site.
