Hmmm...beer

I couldn't agree more. I'm finishing off the last of my regular stock, but tomorrow is shopping day. I get to sleep in the Jeep, while fresh beer is brought to me. Mmmmmmmm!

There was a man named Micheal Jackson that created his own job by going around the world and reviewing the best beers. He was known as the Beer Hunter. He died recently, but I am sure he was well embalmed. He produced a set of VHS videos on the exploits, but it is no longer available. I believe you can still buy his book. Here is a link to his website.

Wait. What?

When I go into a store, I'm in and out very quickly. My wife has taken up to 15 minutes to chose a bag of potatoes, and checkes everything with a fine toothed comb. I do not have that kind of patience, so I wait out in the Jeep and sleep while she is in the store.

LOL....Lori is that kind of shopper too.

My favorite line is.......'This will be a short little trip...'

I just put on my best smile and my shopping cart gloves, because I know there will be a thousand detours along the way..

My mother used to say she was going for bread and milk, and would come out with a whole shopping cart. It happened all the time. Now, I know that my wife will come out with beer, and that's good!

I'm back from a three-day trip to Barcelona (Spain) to visit my daughter.

I had some different beers, but nothing exceptional to report. ;-)

Gruß,
Gundolf

Well, I hope you had a good time whether you found any new excellent beers or not. A good variety of beer is always good! I do have two Chimay Grande Reserve Ales here at the moment. One of them was from a happy customer whose computer I fixed. With appreciation like that I should be paying them to let me fix their computers. :D

There is a UFC tonight, and although I haven't seen one since July when I bought my Jeep, I will watch the one tonight while I enjoy the ales. Actually since all the chores are done, I don't think I will be waiting much longer to begin the fine art of ale guzzling!

I can't believe it, but I made a mistake. The UFC I wanted to watch is next week, so I'll just have to enjoy these two pints and watch something else, like the message boards. That is certainly not a total loss. The pints are excellent! Mmmmmmmmm!

What's the purpose of this project?

This project is to enjoy beer, or any other beverage. All are welcomed here. If I seem to be intoxicated, I am. as in the critter cafe, there is no such thing as off topic. What ever you would talk about in a physical bar is totally cool here.

I'm joining in on the beer drinking. Long, stressful day at work, glad its over. Its hard to not bring home things that happen at work. I just keep reminding myself that I'm lucky to have what I have. :-)

Agreed. One Moosehead popped.

Added in edit: that week in the garage after the beer fridge died has not done this box of Moosehead any good. Better finish it off QUICK, and get a new box on Monday.
