	Is there anyway to add a Boinc project to Ubuntu without the toolbar that is not showing up in the advanced view Boinc Mgr? Is there a fix to make the advanced view Boinc mgr. show up in Ubuntu? I have tried to find a way to go back to the simple view Bonic mgr, but even deleting the old Boinc mgr and boinc client files still bring up the advanced view Boinc mgr without the toolbar. I have also tried both the Boinc download from Seti At Home, and the the download from Ubuntu. ____________

	After trying all the versions of Boinc for Linux and trying to get new projects through a terminal, I solved the problem by installing Ubuntu again to get the simple Boinc MGR to show. I entered every project I wanted to run and then went back to the advanced Boinc mgr which still shows no toolbar. ____________

	Next time you try to go back to simple view, try BOINC Manager->View->Simple View, or the keyboard shortcut CTRL + SHIFT + V. Thanks ctrl+shift+v works. I saw someone else was having the same problem in another forum. I will have to post the fix there. ____________

	Just found this Thread while searching for a Solution: Use Alt+F to open a Dropdown Menu and then use the Arrow Keys to switch between the Menus. ____________

	Found this thread to be very helpful. BOINC should have the menu in the Linux version too...

	Cause: This is happening when we accidently delete the panel and when we added this again it is not acting as convensional task bar as of windows and linux.,once it disappeared its bit difficult to bring it back it troubled me little asnd therefore i posted it here Steps: 1. right click on Panel 2.Add new panel Now a New panel will be added to top of the screen ( You may bring this to bottom with panel properties >position > bottom) 3.Right Click on this new Panel and select Add to Panel Read Full http://www.meabi.com/ubuntu-task-bar-missing/
