Can someone help me understand what all this means? (love all this stuff but I think I understand carburetors better lol)

what that means is that the results you and your wingman turned in didn't match up well enough to validate. the work is being sent out again so a 3rd wingman can run it and hopefully validate yours or your wingmans results
