Well we know they make something and the water is related to what they make. But you don't want to eat or drink what they make. The building has a few solar voltaic panels and second floor that looks over the main industrial looking building. I just noticed the size of the light fixtures on the light standards. They seem a little large so I am venturing that they are cameras. No windows on the ground floor. Do they make licenses plates? It's a state or federal prison. |

some of the things they build look to be as big as a House trailer. And some cost as much a small house In a rich man's house there is no place to spit but his face. Diogenes Of Sinope |

Lets try to narrow it down. You never actually said it but it's been implied that it's in the US. Is it along the Chicago River? |

Is it the old Hooker Chemical site at "Love Canal" along the Niagara River, NY? remember its something that is big and a lot of people have them. It's also still in use making it's products. I'd Post more pictures but the COmpany is pretty proud of the Job it does on its Quailty Products so its name is evvery where on the Plant and probably on your own street In a rich man's house there is no place to spit but his face. Nice catch. Which one? and what city Hmmmm. My father worked for them; lived in Dearborn Heights. As a kid I was dragged through most every plant Ford had - from 'Tennessee to Tilsonburg, along with all the other letters of the alphabet' so to speak. And I still wear a Detroit Red Wings jacket when the Canucks aren't playing well ... . Your 'old plant' photo clearly shows a laker boat aka Great Lakes ship capable of going through the locks, so the plant is directly accessible from the Great Lakes. And since you are from the US, I will exclude the Ford Canada plants with water access on the Great Lakes like the one in Thorold (now closed). [edit] oops this was a GM plant[/edit] So I'm guessing the city is Detroit, and the plant is the Monroe stamping plant along the Detroit River. ?? |

As I type, Detroit Redwings lead Dallas 6 - 3 late in the 3rd period. Hockey. Still with Detroit, is the Ford automotive plant in question the River Rouge plant? (Home of Henry Ford?) |
