I was suprised to see one machine still has about 6 work units left. Looks like it will finish up today, anyone else still have work?

I'm empty. I've got one machine running but it's crunching Dnet to keep it warm. Haven't had any new units for a month or so, I haven't even been able to pick up any of the occasional resends.

The worst part is my latest power bill was actually higher than the previous quarter :-)

I´ve got a few, but they was done within a day.

A friend of mine had more luck.
Got 67 units last week.

I have six left on one computer that's it.
I'm doing other projects.

I'm betting that the rereleased work will take a month or more to finish just because people are going to fail to complete the work. Hard as it seems people are going to get work and then either quit or just not finish it on time. I'm betting we won't get to 0 before the servers start churning out work

New work was being split until October 24, but at least some of that wasn't sent until November. The longest possible deadline for those original replication tasks could extend to January 2011. The last one of those done on one of my hosts had a deadline of December 10, and because work delivery on Nov. 4 was saturating the download link there's a strong possibility of ghost creation that date.

Reissues sent more recently of course mostly have deadlines in January. IOW, unless some major accident happens there won't be a "Last Work Unit". My guess is the "Results received in last hour" value might get as low as 500, though.

I still have WUs on one machine, but their deadlines are coming up, so they'll probably start running soon. PrimGrid is keeping the crunchers warm for now (with a potential RAC of about 70,000, where SETI runs just over 20,000). If I were just in this for credit...

Out of SETI@home tasks, since a few weeks, which Einstein filled
very fast and 2 GPUgrid task a day, 2 for every GPU and most of them do fail, even FERMI's, but my 480 (1.4GHz) does OK. (X9650 CPU @ 3.55GHz)
.
Something slightly different, when setting N.N.T. (for SETI@home), there won't be a debt, building up.
Haven't done this, cause I don't know if some get resend or when the 'New WU's come', soon, I hope, also means thing going OK @ the LAB.
And having a debt, makes sure, you get work, maybe it's too easy to 'remove' or set 0. This info is present/available, you can set it by cc_config.xml and set the right options, coproc, network, etc.

Now crunching Einstein on 8 CPU cores and a GTS250 & GTX480, still have to change the GTS250 for the GTX470, but then I've to change the PSU, as well, its 350Watt and uses 330Watt! (Only when CPU+GPU are ~100% loaded).
If the 470 (480, also) gets not enough amps on it's 2 connectors (2x 15A +12V), or 1x 25A minimum, otherwise it simply refuses to start, on my rig, atleast. (Also in the manual, in 15 languages, except Dutch...:))

Hope all goes according to plan and planning.....switching a lot of SERVERS and get everthing going again, splitting WU's, etc. and Murphy has taken a hike :).

This sudden cold, even in daytime it reaches -1 -3C, but I use the AC outlet, to feed on rig (Q6600+ATI's 4850&5870), doing Collatz C., DNetC and Milky Way, but this rig has, the highest throughput (~200-250K/24h) and the heat (and noise!), is irritating when it runs hot!

Now, I lack the time, to make this shorter..........
]And still don't know why one Mobo work OK with 2 different ATI cards a 4850 & 5870, but not with my GTX470&480?! The X38 ChipSet?
B.t.w. are small characters, not possible, anymore? (Too much 'UN'visible messages?)
