My best guess is.......never.

At least as far as server crashes are involved.

After reading this thread I was ready to ad my guess but that was at about 17:00 local time and probably a minute after the weekly outage. I read then at the server page it was not a 3 days outage. So here is my guess december 3th the guys arive at the lab, take some coffee, do some visual checks and decide at 10:00 AM Berkeley time to let go.
