When I used a CB we use that energy that escapes from transmission cables to light diodes on the mast top, so we knew we were transmitting that far,it was a very simply curcuit I've heard of Amateur radio operators attaching an "NE2" Neon bulb to the top of the antenna - it would blink in the Morse code the amateur was sending, just from the RF energy... ____________ .

Thanks for the pics, update and the name of Oscars partner in crime, Carolyn. :D Aye, keep the pics coming, love to watch the progress, though by this time, I would think that most of the hardware would be installed, so they would probably just be of the team pounding away at their keyboards doing all the config work. Oh, and was wondering, where did the name Carolyn come from? Was there some sort of vote that I may have missed? It's ok, but I would have thought we might have been able to do better than that. Just my .02 :) ____________

You NEVER unsnarl the ball of cables...somewhere there is a dark and nearly forgotten god waiting to pounce on trangressions like that. That's why every server picture you've ever seen looks the way it does...server folks know.
