In my opinion, a horrible idea. What happens to my data if the company goes out of business? What happens if I want to switch providers? How do I get my data transferred? What about the protection of my personal privacy? Does the company hand over my data to any government official without notifying me that an inquiry is being done?

Too many risks. I'd rather keep my data on my computers where it belongs.
