	Hey, have you ever thought of using flattr.com for donations for SETI@home? I think a lot of internet people are used to use flattr to donate / pay for services or products they like. The difference to other payment methods: Single people don't decide on the amount of money they spend, but the number of flattr people who donate on a page decide on what part of the pool is used for what service. Sounds difficult, is easy: 100 people put $1000 into the pool, of these 100 people 30 click on flattr for SETI@home, thus $300 go to SETI@home, no matter how much a single person put into the pool - at least that's how I understood the concept :D ____________

	This is a 2 fold problem. Seti@home is run through the University of California system. THough they clearly accept donations I think they have a problem with a 3rd party that is apparently going to take a bit of that donation for itself. And because this University is a State University it is ran at the will of the State of California which has specific rules about private organizations and its universities. This may seem odd considering the corporate sponsors for their athletic teams but it appears to frown on it for other departments ____________ Proud member of TSWB. End terrorism by building a school

Allthough I may be in the minority, I for one would like to see WikiLeaks crash & burn along with the moron that heads that criminal organisation. ____________

It is not necessary or reasonable to assume everyone needs to know everything about everything. I really beleive the vast majority really don;t care anyway. ____________

Some of the leaks have named people that are now in jeopardy because of the leaks. Also, the internal reports from embassies to central government need to be confidential because they need to be frank and honest. The private that leaked to wikileaks should be tried for treason. 	Diplomacy is tricky. People need to speak respectfully during sessions, and be able to vent afterwards. Leaking those kinds of details are embarassing to ALL parties, and I see no real use in them beyond doing that. A journalist should report, as they see fit as long as it is honest. People leaking secret communications need to be called on it. Wikileaks is in dangerous territory (obviously), it if was less visible they probably would have "vanished". I think the governments might be re-evaluating how many people have access to what. And with good reason. ____________ Janice

	Wikileaks has caused a friend of my brothers/myself who does Spec Ops work to be in a much more delicate position then he was in before. I will side with those who wish this organization and all of it's leaders burn. This has been nothing but irresponsible. ____________

	In my eyes WikiLeaks are doing a great job for transparency and thus human rights. Don't kill the messenger. ;) Interesting turn the thread has made just because someone mentioned WikiLeaks by the way. :D ____________
