With any beer from Germany, you can't go wrong! So far my favorite is the EKU 28. Smooth and strong!

I stick to Erdinger. Comes as dark, chrystal or Hefe(yeast) and they all good. Think I will just try one with dinner lol.

Love to join you but I have to drive shortly, so no way!

That's one thing I will never do. Drink and drive.

I actually fell very strongly about that. My loved ones are definitly important, but then again so are someone elses. I would never do anything where I could harm someone.

I have to say that I have seen a lot of people texting while driving lately, and they are worse than drunks. At least a drunk is looking at the road. I see these people staying at traffic lights, weaving all over the road, almost hitting the car in front of them, or leaving a 100 foot gap between themselves and the next car. There should be a huge fine for doing that while driving.

Now I have to get a fresh beer!

That's a lot of work! I don't think you should limit yourself to only one Brew! There should be several more.... :)

I'll have one with you!

Cheers!

Thank you! I knew the general size in my head, as far as how high will the stack go in my basement, but knew it was a lot of hard work. I need to rebuild my fireplace, but it is useable when needed.

When it is able to withstand the abuse, I can go through between 1 and 2 cord a season. I have oil heat, and Piggy heat, but at least I have my UPS system email me at work if I lose power, so my wife and I can come home and put the snakes in the living room next to the fire. I have to be able to keep the fire going for over a week if necessary. My wife and I will take turns with days off from work, to keep the fire going. 50°F will possibly kill my pythons or large boas. The larger the snake, the more susciptable the animal is to cold.

I need another beer!

Normally, with the fire going, and the outside temp at 0°F, I can keep the living room, and the kitchen, and even the bedroom at 75°F to 80°F. The trick is to get home in time to get the snakes in tubs, the fire going, and the tubs secured, so that cats and snakes never mix.

Sorry for the double post.

I was just hunting around in my Photobucket account for GIFs and found the picture below that I made a few years back. Zoe is with my ex now. I want my cat back, not my ex....

May beer have helped lead to the rise of civilization? It's a possibility, some archaeologists say.

Their argument is that Stone Age farmers were domesticating cereals not so much to fill their stomachs but to lighten their heads, by turning the grains into beer. That has been their take for more than 50 years, and now one archaeologist says the evidence is getting stronger.
