Lesse,,,,I was born in '57, and became aware in the late '60s.......If anybody can find an older clip on youtube, I would cherish it.

Please do indulge me if you have one.

I have 2 vintage copies of Joan's first album on Vanguard Records.....One in mono, the other in stereo. The released them in that day due to the limited availability of stereo pickups....and the mono ones would just tear the grooves outta the stereo tracks.

But, most of you were not there, and would not know that I suppose.

Turntables, pickup carts, and such......all will be lost when I go, like tears in the wind........
And that is getting to be an old reference too.

Soon, I fear nothing will be left of me, save my posts here. You would do well to archive then. I have shared much, spared little, and chose this as my space to share it all.

Now you know how the kittyman works.......you see, I watched each and every minute of every footage of film I could get.....until I was sure that I had the one and only 'best of show'........Yeah, they still spoofed the 'panty drop' line......even in this one. But, the video clarity and sound quality gets it he kitty's best rating........
They just dropped their panties........just covered it up with a trombone slide.

I used to be able to find the old Andrews Sisters original from '58.........but it is lost now.

And, if I recall, Julie, the eldest, died shortly after the cut. Or maybe that was her sister, Trixie........or......the youngest.....I just cannot remember anymore.

Maybe you eldsters can refresh me.......

You know, my memories grow short these days.....I told you that.

Her sisters survived the cut. At least one of them did not, as I recall.......it was her last song.

The part where a multi millionaire can advocate for such craziness on the streets while he is one of the few priviledged elites who can afford to hide behind walled properties and hire protection from the idiots he's encouraging outside.
