I am just wondering if anyone is working on porting BOINC and SETI/BOINC to run on OS/2 and eComStation? I would be glad to assist with any porting efforts that might be underway. Shadallark Canada User of OS/2 and eCS! Developing a 5x Space Exploration game for OS/2 and eCS: Guardian Wolves |

If you get no help please do it on your own. My OS/2 machine is waiting. I'll definitely use it :-) |

I don't believe that there any plans to support OS2, but the source is freely available (http://boinc.ssl.berkeley.edu) and anyone is welcome to port it to whatever platform is needed. BOINC WIKI |

OK, I will correct my statement. There are no plans for Berkeley to generate an OS2 version, but the source is available for the port. And from the post I quoted, it seems as if someone is working on it. BOINC WIKI |
