Hi,
I'm running boinc 6.10.56 on Ubuntu 10.04 64bit. It was all working fine until the long server outage. It will now not upload completed seti@home work units or download new ones. I assumed this was due to problems at the seti@home servers and resolved to wait a while.

Unfortunately the problem has not gone away and now work units are beginning to pas their reporting deadlines. I have 194 WUs completed and waiting to report, including many very long astropulse units. It would be very demoralising and disappointing if I'm unable to submit them. Other projects (QMC@home, collatz) work fine and I haven't changed any settings since everything was working.

On digging a little deeper I have found the following error message (and many similar ones for every communication attempt) in the output:
Thu 07 Oct 2010 12:16:04 BST SETI@home Scheduler request failed: Number of redirects hit maximum amount

Any help? Please?
Is there any other way to manually upload the completed WUs before they expire? I have access to another machine running boinc, could I transfer them to this to upload to the servers?

Thanks!

Ok, problem now fixed. Needed a restart to clear the DNS cache. Thanks!
