Actually the GTX460 is available here in the USA too. Check out Newegg.com as they have quite a few models. |

So it seems the GTS 450 won´t do better than the GTS 250. You can probably run 2 units at time on this fermi gpu, but that too won´t help much. It may consume less power aswell. A small improvement over GTS 250, if the price is the same. |

Since a few Days i own a GTS 450. Gainward GTS 450 GLH. Factory overclocked to 930/1000/1860. The Card can do a Midrange Workunit (AR 0.426) in about 990 Seconds and needs 80 Watts. It's possible to run two Tasks but that needs twice the Time of One (1889 Seconds) and 5 Watts more Power. Helli A loooong time ago: First Credits after SETI@home Restart |
