One of my computers is leaving tomorrow, but it has 10 completed work units done.
Is there a way to make it upload those units before I remove the BOINC software from the drive ?

Thanks for any help.

Phase 1 to be done now. This will prevent any new tasks from being downloaded.

1) Switch to the advanced view.
2) Click on the projects tab.
3) Click on each project in turn and while each project is selected:
4) Click on No new tasks.

Phase 2 to be done just prior to final switch off or after all tasks complete - whichever happens first. This will report any tasks that are ready to report (completed and uploaded).

1) Switch to the advanced view.
2) Click on the projects tab.
3) Click on each project in turn, and while each project is selected:
4) Click on the update button.

And after that's done, here's the FAQ which explains how to remove BOINC from that computer completely.

Much thanks for the help.

It worked just the way you described it. Step by step I cleared the machine.
