	We recently replaced a couple of solid doors in our kitchen with doors that have glass inserts. For me, this ups the light in my kitchen and makes things seem more airy in there, but upon installation... wow! - our cats can suddenly see through doors! They were initially somewhat puzzled. As the three of them stood in front of a new door sniffing and staring through a glass insert, I'm pretty sure they were also silently thanking Santa for the gift of x-ray vision!!!

We did not change our back door. We just changed the door at the top of the stairwell that leads downstairs and the left door from the entry way into the kitchen. We are simply going to paint the pocket door from the dining area into the kitchen, so that door will not be a "Peek-a-boo" kitty door.
