Even though we have less than a day left in this run, I am starting a sticky locked thread as Pappa suggested.

I reinstated limits, as bandwidth usage has remained pegged at 90Mbps since I removed them yesterday evening. The limits are quite high, relatively:

40 CPU
320 GPU

with no total limit. Looks like the bandwidth usage is dropping a bit. If we can stay at less than 90Mbps all "day", I will remove the limits again this evening.
