Message 1018010 - Posted: 21 Jul 2010, 0:17:39 UTC

Early in the morning here, but gotta go to bed for some sleep.

Bugger our washing machine conked out, and I am in the process of stripping it down. The drain pipe looks like it's full of gungy soap along much of it's length, and the pump pre-chamber had dome felt string in it. Not sure, but I think some of this is in the pump. So, I will need a few days to strip and clean out. So, it will be off to the laundrette.

Good luck with that John, my ex missus used to kill our old washing machine on a regular basis by over-loading it. I ended up quite proficient at repairing it.

Hi Dan and Jeremy, I am just about to cook a couple of bowls of porridge for brekky. Its a chilly 9C this am.

I got some pork spare ribs smoking in my smoker right now, should be done soon, and I'm sweating in this 97F weather. LOL

Just add a couple of coldies and it sounds perfect. Yummo.

Yes it sure does. LOL

The Timmy Dance is a classic...Perhaps Timmy himself can bring it back.

Since I don't get out much, I'm not familiar with the Timmy Dance. But give me a little firewater and I'm a dancin' fool.

Poor tree. Though from the picture I'd say it will survive. Unless somebody goes around with a chainsaw.

I'll have a coffee, thank you.

That looks like some lightning strike, Dan.

Despite the bark not being all around the tree, I hope it will survive.
