In the process of upgrading one of my PCs to Win 7, I changed the "Name" and as a result, they show separate Stats. How can I merge their stats ???

Click the "Your computers" button in BOINC manager (Projects or Tasks tab) and select the Details page of the computer you want to keep. Near the bottom of that page, there is the Merge link.
