I am a returning user of Seti@Home. I forgot my original password from my original BOINC account, and my email address had changed since this time. How can I change my email address and my password in my existing BOINC account to keep my points? Serco |

Only if you manage to log in on the previous account, which then either requires you to be able to log in on the old email address or that you use the old account authenticator. |

...or that you use the old account authenticator. Which requires that you still have a backup copy of your old BOINC installation (namely the account_setiathome.berkeley.edu.xml file). Only if you manage to log in on the previous account Sorry, but I mention in my original message that I can't find my original account password. When I choose "forgot my password" that option just send an email to the old email address. Serco |

Then you have no choice but to forget the old account and start anew. Boinc V7.2.42 Win7 i5 3.33G 4GB, GTX470 |
