How do you upload so quick? My client keeps timing out and giving a project backoff...

It's like you had priority or something, and the connection isn't even maxed. Do uploads get limited at a slower max bandwidth?

Look at his RAC....he couldn't have had too many to upload.
I've had 40 or so get through on one of my hosts, and that is probably a lot more than he had waiting.

Given the immense backlog of work waiting on the hosts to upload, it makes sense to let them take priority right now.

In your tranfser tab, click on a work unit and hit the retry button. Might have to do it several times, it took me 10 mins to upload 39 units.

Probably I was lucky and got in before the rush or perhaps Seti doesn't like Aussies.

Sure does, it went from 20mbit usage to 74 in one cricket graph refresh. :) Lovely. Bye bye to my work unit uploads for sure.

Well they did give the uploads half an hour head start.

You may have to wait for many hours before you get any new work. Just because it says that SETI have almost 800K units, it doesn't mean that they are available for you at the moment.

This has to do with some rather complicated que stuff that someone else than me is better to explain.

Just be patient. As they say "Rome was not built in one day"

I've just being given 9 603's. Which I've not had since - Oops! run out of fingers. I'm running AK__v8b-win_x64_SSSE3. It's been so long since that's happened, so something has changed. Completion times are shorter than expected, mostly 34 mins(ish) but their actually completing, without error in that time.
