Hello there!How are you doing?
Can you please copy and paste here some of the text from the "Message" window/label?
I have no experience with Darwin S.O. but I will be pleased to help with translations and some ideas.
Cheers!
You can send me a private message in Spanish language if you feel more comfortable doing so.

Looks like he is running the standard app, but with an app_info as well.

Looks like an iMac and a Power Macintosh G4 are his 2 machines.

I would check out the system requirements, just to make sure your Mac is into the limits. Nevertheless, I would appreciate if you copy and paste the messages you get when starting your BOINC-Manager and when you open the "Message" label so that we can have a better intuitive look at it.
Since Darwin is an Open Source operating system, there might be some kind of bugs in some codes/folders recently created, added or modified by the user.
Cheers!

I suspect his app_info has an astropulse version in it that has been depreciated.
