(computer translate):
In the evening I has switched off a computer at the task executed on 34.088 %.
Today the same calculation started on 30,095 %.
If to consider that 1 % is considered for 12 minutes - that hour of time is a cat under tail!!!
Also I has suspected about it for a long time.
What to do, that the such did not occur?
Boinc version 6.10.56
Thanks!

In Russian (computer translate):
Вечером выключил комп при выполненном на 34.088% задании.
Сегодня то же вычисление стартовало на 30,095%.
Если учесть, что 1% считается за 12 минут - то час времени коту под хвост!!!
И заподозрил про это давно.
Что делать, чтобы такого не происходило?
Boinc версии 6.10.56
Спасибо!

Next time, before you shut the computer down, first shut down BOINC. This will force a write of its status to disk.

But even then, it all depends on when the application checkpoints (writes its state to disk) and what your preference is for "Tasks checkpoint to disk at most every x seconds".

I do it every time.

Web-page preference seti@home in Russian language for me. Its One and too value, that "Disk and memory usage" - "Write to disk at most every x seconds" (as in cosmology@home)?

Yes, that's the one. What's its value?

Do know that the application doesn't have to follow this value. If it's less than what the minimum amount of time is the application checkpoints, it won't be used. Then it completely depends on when the app does make the checkpoint.

By the way, just closing BOINC Manager doesn't necessarily exit the client.
So to make sure the client is exited before you power down, do this: Open BOINC manager->Advanced view->Advanced->Shut down connected client.. and then exit BOINC manager with File->Exit.

I did, as you advised. Has helped nothing.
I have forgotten to write that this error have detected in Cosmology@home. Seti@home considers a job part anew too, but it is not enough.
I has told Cosmology@home "Good Bye".
Thank you!
