This morning I checked out my tasks and was shocked at how many DB errors I had.I just checked again and Found that They are gone.

I have work on my mac but it dosent show up in the task list, Any ideas on that.

All in all Id say thanks to the guys at SETI for doing a hell of a job with all the stuff going on.

Alas - here's the rub! The tank isn't empty - only the screen is. I am crunching still but can't display it.

According to the pages you have about 180 tasks cached. If not and those are all ghosts, then you might want to check if your connection isn't dropping.

I see the tasks pages are back, yet not all sub-pages are available yet. I do like the new way that stderr output is showing.

I just picked up 30 CPU and 255 GPU tasks, there is definitely work being fed. Check to make sure your cache is set correctly also.

It does seem like a better layout, since claimed/granted credit and the validation state are now up above stderr, however.. I would like to have more digits on the credit values. I know it doesn't really matter, but having 10+ digits is just nice to see. Makes you feel like every little bit counts.

Interesting as I've (and others on another thread) have been running on empty for GPU WUs for days now. My rig is almost silent with the cooling fans running on idle as a result.

I keep getting the errors mentioned in the "Message from server: (reached daily quota of 100 tasks)" thread.

Grrrr.....oh and by that I mean 'well done!'

Regards,

Thanks, i only seem to get that error message after i downloaded the 250 or so GPU WU's. My GPU hasn't been idle in 2-3 days now, except for 5 minutes today with a restart of BOINC after editing my app_info

No. Read some of the other threads, particularly today's entries in Message from server: (reached daily quota of 100 tasks).

Hi Hiamps,
Please be aware that, from 'our' observations so far, the green part appears to be the meaningful & important bit, and the red part appears to be a confusing & bogus message that doesn't make any sense. It appears some sort rationing is in place. The server likes to say stuff that makes people think the problem is on their end.

I think the message appears for stock apps as well. There is a lot of information about it on this thread.

So starting to panic now, nearly out of work for main rig at #1.
Looks like a conspiricy, other 2 rigs got work and they already had some.
Main rig got nothing for 3 days now and has been asking for GPU tasks.
How can it have reached it's 100 quota of AP tasks when it has never had any.
Nothing has been altered on any rig this end.
All somewhat tongue in cheak but,
Rig on a Bench is running rather low now.

Thanks Jason, I was more concerned with the RED part I have read about the rationing but couldn't find a clear answer on the Lunatics App message. I know there are too many threads on this and more will start and telling people to go to another thread is BS....Always happens and someone always says "If you bothered to read"......................................................

Well let's all try to be nice, at least until we all freak out and chuck a complete wobbly.
