I'm running the Linux command-line client - when running, it creates lots of files like statistics_setiathome.berkeley.edu.xml - is there some setting in global_prefs.xml or global_prefs_override.xml that can change the directory of these xml files so they output elsewhere rather than the default program directory? Essentially, I want to output them to web root so I can create a little program to parse them for a web-page. Symbolic links seem pretty insecure and I don't know how to use 'em under Apache anyway without making the whole thing insecure and I certainly don't want the whole program to be under web root. Any ideas? |
