Yesterday an update to Windows Vista was installed and suddenly SETI recognized my video card as a GPU. It has 1024MB with driver 1.4.556.

Where can I find out about the perfermance level for this card as a GPU?

(The only reason I noticed this was the BOINC started asking SETI for GPU tasks)

You wont be getting any WU's for your GPU unless you are using the Lunatics Hybrid ATI app which works on the Astropulse WU's. Currently, Seti doesnt have any native ATI GPU apps for their projects. Milkyway@home, Collatz@home, and DNETC all run ATI apps. milkyway and I believe DNETC require a double precision card to run their apps.
