Since the "down for maintenance" of the weekend I had about 10 units built up when I shut down my machine this morning. I turned it back on when I came in and there is no message of uploading units. They're just gone. There are 24 on the site tasks listed as "in progress". I have ten listed in the manager under tasks. Should I be concerned?

No. They will have uploaded and been reported when the database came back online. The pages that show everything about the tasks however are read from the replica database and that one is still off line. So the pages aren't updated. Check server status for how everything's doing.

The replica database must be online and in sync with the master database for your tasks to show up.
