I'm getting "no tasks available" quite often, are the servers down or is this really a shortage of tasks? Thanks George from Over There. |

I'm getting "no tasks available" quite often, are the servers down or is this really a shortage of tasks? Thanks The message you are getting means that at the instant your computer connects there are no tasks available. There are several possible causes. There is a ready queue that is filled once every 2 seconds. Servers may be offline (currently only 3 splitters are running). In any case, the message means that there is a shortage of tasks at the moment. It does not indicate the cause. BOINC WIKI |

I cannot seem to access the BOINC or SETI download in order to load on my computer so I cannot resume project. Is there a problem with there systems? Is it down at this time? |

Yes, the BOINC site seems to be down since a couple of hours. Gruß, Gundolf Computer sind nicht alles im Leben. (Kleiner Scherz) SETI@home classic workunits 3,758 SETI@home classic CPU time 66,520 hours |

The BOINC domain is back up, the server hung. |
