Have a bad health, almost 50% sight in my left eye, right eye only picks up some light..

On a computer CRT or Flatscreen, there are lots of possebillities to enlarge characters etc.

And summer is aproching and heat-production is a problem, especially, when it's hot. (AC necessary )

So I'm backing down, also gives me time learn a bit about CUDA, CAL-BROOK, OpenCL, how to write an app_info.xml or other 'instructions', since I lack that info.
My mother,(has Alzheimers), it's hard to see
anybody detereating so fast, it's INHuman, gives me the creeps.....

All be around, as long as I have RAC, if I remember well.........

Best wishes from me and the kitties Fred.

I have one eye right now too...gonna try cataract surgery on the other in a couple of months, but an underlying condition precludes predicting how successful it will be in restoring it's sight.

Good luck in your new endeavors, and do stop in to talk once in a while.

Best of luck over the summer, and up the activity when the weather and your health allows.
It's good to be back amongst friends and colleagues

I wish you the very best of luck. My sympathy for your mother's difficulties. My father-in-law is into the final stages of the disease and it is difficult and cruel.

Regards,

Get well Fred, take care of yourself. My mom recently had cataract surgery and it worked like a charm, if thats an option for you. Come back when you can.

All the best to you and your mother. I can relate, I lost mine to ALS 7 years ago, also definately another horrible way to go, so my sympathies go out to you.

Take good care Fred, both of yourself and your mother. Alzheimer is frightening and frustrating, but don't let it get you down too much!

Regards,
John.
