First of all, hello :) Just started crunching yesterday, been quite some years since I participated in any project, the last being the DPAD one. Already ran into some problems, the most annoying being my explorer.exe hogging my cpu time while a CUDA task was running. Still don't know what it was but cancelling that task and making it start a new one fixed it. Just wondering though, what happens when I send in my results? I can see that some have been processed but most of my tasks are still waiting to be checked. (don't know what it says in English, I mean at this page: http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/results.php?userid=9244609&offset=0&show_names=0&state=2 ). I don't mind it takes some time to do this, all I want to know is what happens to them? Does it have to be processed by a another Boinc client or does it get processed on hardware from the project itself? Not quite sure if u're getting what I mean, haven't been using my english in quite some time and it's a bit rusty :) I already tried to google it and find some info on the site but if it's there, I didn't find it yet. Grtz Thx |
