I have account that I have had for many years. Then GridRepublic created another account for me. I have substantial work in both and I would like to merge them. Is that possible to do? If so, how would I do it?

No, accounts cannot be merged.

I suffer from a similar problem... I simply created a team and joined both accounts to it.
