I merged my computers. I would like to get them out and have just my host credits displayed!

are you asking how to hide your computers from public view? That is found your seti@home preference page. click No on the "show your computers".

No. I did not make it clear. I had a same computer. With two diffrent operating systems. Vista and 7. I upgraded to 7. I accidentally merged them toghether. The Vista machine had 135 credits and my new 7 machine is getting more credits! How do I get the old Vista Operating system credits out?

Should this be in general conversation?

Once merged, it is not possible to unmerge the computers.

It is mostly to get rid of duplicates. Sometimes a minor change is made to a system that causes a second entry to be made at the server. To help users keep things straight, merging computers was implemented.

This was really important for a while at the Large Hadron Collider project as every connection would generate a new entry in the computers table.

Welcome Larry, we're always glad to see new members. Sorry it took so long to answer but SETI's crew was doing some kind of maintenance.
