	Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to hide my computer details from public? It's an privacy issue for me. I'm referring to "my account" on the website.

	You can hide your computers through the project preferences. But do know that we cannot see much detail about your computer or computers. All we see is what brand and make CPU you have, amount of RAM, whether it has a GPU and how your tasks are doing. We do not see the IP address or its name, only YOU can see that. When you ever have problems, it's easy for us (other volunteers) to check on your tasks what kind of error you're running into and help you with that, else you will have to give out all those details yourself. 	Thank you Ageless. I was looking for these options in "Computing preferences" and "Community preferences" but I didn't think I would find them in "project preferences". Should checked them out more thoroughly. Anyway thanks again for answering my problem :). 1 active computer that isn't returning or running any work. I doubt they'll need our help ; ) I have rejoined the project and was reviewing my account. Maybe I'll keep it up and runing on a regular basis, again. The involvement alone is important, right? :)

	yes it is. You may have noticed the hiccups the servers have been having lately. you may run out of work or be unable to contact the servers through boinc. make sure you have a backup to use when seti isnt available ____________ Proud member of TSWB. End terrorism by building a school

Click on my name and look at the information available about my computers. ____________ BOINC WIKI
