The link in the page "Obtaining and Compiling Source Code" is invalid, so I want to know how I can get the source code.

That only has the BOINC source code, not the Seti source code.
To get the source code for Seti, use TortoiseSVN (or similar) and add https://setisvn.ssl.berkeley.edu/svn/seti_boinc as SVN Checkout download link. (there is no need to add the "svn checkout" in front of the link).

I agree, it's not clear from the title. But the first download link on the Porting page here at Seti does report an error 403, so is invalid. ;-)
