	William E. Gordon, the designer of the Arecibo radio telescope, has passed away at the age of 92.

	Since SETI@Home and Astropulse get all their data from the Arecibo Telescope, it's a particularly sad day in the radio astronomy community... It certainly is a sad day. R.I.P. Mr. Gordon

	That is sad news, indeed. Without William E. Gordon's telescope design, I wouldn't be here, processing radio signals from Arecibo in a search for extraterrestrial life.
