Good images, the only problem with your bank is that you want to pay the $50 in and not to get it as a gift. What if the bank is closed and you want to deposit that $50? Can't you just wait until the bank is open? Is it really that big of a deal to wait? ____________ | |

Good images, the only problem with your bank is that you want to pay the $50 in and not to get it as a gift. That's what ATMs are for. I cant remember the last time I saw a bank teller. My deposits go in by direct deposit or ATM, I check my account online, if the bank website is down I try again later. As a newbie to S@H I find all this extremely funny. There is a simple solution, we ALL donate $1. As there are thousands if not millions of us "Volanteers" the project would then be able to purchase the right equipment to keep us all as busy as beavers. I'm off to donate right now, I might even make it $10. | |

I have been crunching for Seti since a few days after it started. It is simply a bit of fun. Now I have a CUDA card it's even more fun. When the information flow stops, I simply wait. It clears. This afternoon the downloads will start again (fingers crossed). In a few days' time (or less) there will be some other problem. Just cool it, folks. Lighten up all round. Newbies will almost certainly not know what is happening (and some oldies too, apparently) and so post in all sorts of places with messages saying much the same thing. Please be gentle with them. Those of you who have been around for years, make sure you have a good cache of work, sit tight and ride out the storm.  ____________   | |

The question is: if you want to go into the lobby, should you go during their published lobby hours, or should you simply decide that you can show up anytime and they'll be open? ... and if you show up outside their published lobby hours, who is the idiot? ____________ | |
