This is the type of driver I have on my Toshiba. Do I need to install a new driver? Is it compatible with SETI @ Home? Please help

No, you don't have to to anything. Your computer has already downloaded a task for your CPU. Since you don't have a Nvidia GPU, you won't get any CUDA tasks (as the message you mentioned in your other thread already told you).
