Open BOINC Manager. Depending on where you are now, Simple View or Advanced View: Simple View->click Add Project->Attach to project->Select Seti@Home from the drop down menu->Check "Yes, returning user" and fill in your email address and password (the one you set through your account)->Continue. That'll attach you to Seti, BOINC will download all the files necessary. Advanced View->Tools->Attach to project or account manager...->Attach to project->Select Seti@Home from the drop down menu->Check "Yes, returning user" and fill in your email address and password (the one you set through your account)->Continue. That'll attach you to Seti, BOINC will download all the files necessary. |

[…] i think i know how to sign up for more projects, is that what i do? Not a bad idea, especially since there might not be any S@h work for your ‘shakedown run’ until Monday. If you’re interested in astronomy & physics I’d recommend Einstein@home: it’s rarely down or out of work, and has apps for most platforms including an attractive screen-saver. |
