I just created an account and downloaded BOINC seti@home software. It downloaded some work units. My computer completed the first work unit but I get the following error when it tries to upload it to berkeley.

Error on file upload: can't open file: %s
Temperarily failed upload of **********************

Is this because of my computer or is it a network problem with Berkeley? I made sure that my firewall gives both BOINC and SETI@home full internet access permissions. Flowmaster85@charter.net

I am having the same problem here and I have juste posted the same question....
I should have selected "show most recent" before posting. I guess that there are good chances that the problem come from Berkeley.

Everyone including me is getting the same upload errors.

* Error on file upload: can't open file: %s
* Temporarily failed upload of....
* Project is Down

It is my understanding that the following errors are because of a software problem on one of the servers at Berkeley. So everyone please be patient and hopefully the problem will be fixed soon. These errors have nothing to do with your computer or BOINC Client. Thanks
