Is the project down? For the whole afternoon, I have been getting messages like the following:

SETI@home - 2004-06-29 20:33:44 - Sending request to scheduler: http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah_cgi/cgi
SETI@home - 2004-06-29 20:34:01 - Scheduler RPC to http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah_cgi/cgi succeeded
SETI@home - 2004-06-29 20:34:01 - Message from server: Server has software problem
SETI@home - 2004-06-29 20:34:01 - Project is down
SETI@home - 2004-06-29 20:34:01 - Deferring communication with project for 1 hours, 0 minutes, and 0 seconds

Also, with respect to <a>work unit 104828[/url], the webpage has marked my workunit as "pending", but my client still has it as "Ready to report" status. Is this the cause of the "software problem" above?

Thanks in advance.

Everyone including me is getting the same upload errors.

* Error on file upload: can't open file: %s
* Temporarily failed upload of....
* Project is Down

It is my understanding that the following errors are because of a software problem on one of the servers at Berkeley. So everyone please be patient and hopefully the problem will be fixed soon. These errors have nothing to do with your computer or BOINC Client. Thanks
