I am receiving at this moment very high signs (11.43) from 23 55 39 RA, 12 28 56 Dec recorded at arecibo nov 23 00:13:40 2006 Base frequency 1.419912109 always in the same area of the spectrum. Can it be anything diferent?

individual results are actually meaningless. For your results to be worth anything they will have to be repeated by your wingman(the other person currently running your workunit) and have repeated hits with other work that scans the same area. If repeated signals are seen then your result may be of value.
