Better Quote Function

	When I posted the FAQ line in the NTPCkr Forum (the "Please read this first" topic) I noticed that the BBCode tag [quote=username]...[/quote] output: username wrote: ... instead of [quote]...[/quote] output: ... is actually working in BOINC project forums. I'm wondering why the quote button doesn't insert the username, could that be added?

	I'm wondering why the quote button doesn't insert the username, could that be added? Difficult to do, as the database doesn't keep track of who posts by name, but who posts by postID number + userID number.
