Boinc stays down more than it stays up. Many of the work units are lost due to server problems. We have been waiting for a very long while to have a GUI for the linux version of boinc. Nothing you have, whether it is 'boincgui', 'boincstat', or whatever, has the kind of information displayed that I would like to see. Even your windows version does not display my boinc for dual processor. I am tired of it. When my next supply of work units run dry (which will be any time because of the server) I am not going to restart boinc until you have the bugs worked out and some decent GUI's. I will just run 2 instances of setiathome with 2 instances of tkseti to keep me informed of what is happening with each instance. I can even have a map of each instance. Now, that is what I call a GUI.
