Expect rain tomorrow. My 7 year old son and some of his friends were yelling and making weird noises as they jumped around the trampoline this afternoon. I asked them what they were doing. They told me it was a rain dance. So watch out and blame it on my son.

For this area the wunderground says:

Thursday
Partly cloudy. Areas of blowing sand and blowing dust through the day. Highs in the lower 70s. West wind 10 to 20 mph with gusts to around 35 mph.

Thursday Night
Partly cloudy. Areas of blowing sand and blowing dust in the evening. Lows in the mid 40s. West wind 10 to 20 mph with gusts to around 30 mph.

But no rain, yet. Bundle up out here.

I know what the weather underground says, but they did not see the rain dance.

Remember Joker is on the other side of the mountains. All the water will be sucked out of the air by the rain dance before it gets to him.

I live in the middle of the transverse range. My weather goes right to him with very few mountains in the way. Plus 7 year old mojo is pretty strong.

And I live in a Valley beyond Barstow CA, Hopefully DiFi isn't proposing to cut Social Security benefits like I've read on Calitics.

I adore rain! I hope it pours and pours and pours.

That mojo is very strong. That's why I washed the car.

Last I checked Joker should be on a straight line from you to Lancaster. Some many miles of that Traverse Range there and some high stuff in there to boot around the grapevine. It is only after the San Andres when you are on the North American plate that it gets flatter.

If the satellite loop is right, it looks like the mountain behind me, Mt Wilson, will be on that storm track line to Joker for the next day or so, but that could change. Don't know about that mojo.

Better hide them before Homer Simpson or the fuzz see them, They could disappear or be quite arresting. ;)
