I just updated my Vista machine to Windows 7 Home Premium. BOINC wasn't cooperating, so I downloaded and installed 6.6.41 off the web site. SETI MB jobs are now running, but no CUDA capable NVIDEA cards were found (or so it claims). I didn't change any hardware, just the OS. Any great ideas?

I presume it does actually have a cuda capable card. If so you might want to get the latest Win 7 drivers off the Nvidia web site.

Downloaded the latest drivers and all is well. Back up and running. All is well.
