I have not been crunching SETI units for a while due to the upload problem. From glancing at the threads here, it doesn't seem clear one way or the other if it has been fixed. Is it safe to crunch SETI units again?

Boinc v4.13 seems to be working well for most everyone.

Yes, 4.13 version works fine, 4.12 already did.
