Proverbial 10 feet, or you don't want to catch something? Actually from what has been on the News, H1N1 is part avian flu, swine flu and the 1918 flu, So I'd be surprised If anything had any immunity yet, outside of those lucky few who've gotten their shots maybe. Yeah I know Yer kidding, But some in the middle east didn't care, they wanted to exterminate the poor things and then not eat the pigs, what a waste. My favs are perch and walleye...go figure...I'm Wisconsin born, bred, and still live there... Mmmmm fresh walleye is delicious. Eric is from Wisconsin and we go there a couple times a year to visit his parents. I always look forward to having walleye there, especially if it is fresh! |

What no lutefisk? One bite of Luskfish against a cooked apple? Pluto will always be a planet to me. Seti Ambassador Not to late to order an Anni Shirt |

Ok, if Eric eats a cooked apple (with cinnamon!!!) I will try some lutefisk. Sounds like snow white and the poisoned apple. :o Me I've read about the dish and how Its made with Lye as an ingredient, Of course I've only encountered Lye soap in an Army kitchen(years ago, I had KP, a lot), I think the excessively hot water did more cleaning than the soap. But then My family isn't of that extraction(Ireland, France and England). The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

Ok, if Eric eats a cooked apple (with cinnamon!!!) I will try some lutefisk. I've had both baked apples with cinnamon and lutefisk. I'd take the apple any day. |

:-)) Lutefisk is very tasty - with the right stuff surved with it - But there are lots of bad products out there i guess - Its not supposed to run out on your plate, you know.. hehe - If it is, there`s too little salt in in it - and/or has been for too long in the Lye bath - or has not been properly watered after.. LoL The name Lutefisk comes from that Lye - as Lut is the norwegian word for it. When it comes to the doing itself, its called "Ã¥ lute" = to lye something - So Lutefisk. We mostly use it around Christmas time here - Im sure you would all be able to eat a little bit if you got it served as it shall be. ;-) My Win! |

My favs are perch and walleye...go figure...I'm Wisconsin born, bred, and still live there... And I told him, if he ever gets back here to heaven, I mean Wisconsin, he should come to Green Bay and have a beer with me or go pheasant hunting... But now that you know, he probably will have to...
