What's the latest combination for CUDA on Linux? Is that the Crunch3r special or is there a VLAR swap version now?

AMD Phenom II (64bits, SSE3)
Mandriva 2010

and:

AMD Athlon64 X2 (64bits, SSE2)
Mandriva 2010

Happy crunchin'!
Martin

Lunatics have an RSS feed announcing the latest available binaries:

Thanks for that.

That mentions at the moment the Linux Astropulse binaries, but nothing else for Linux.

At the moment, I'm using a (now old) binary direct from Cunch3r that he kindly put together. Since then, the VLAR-kill and VLAR-swap versions have come out. Anything new for Linux for CUDA and/or MB?

Thanks,
Martin

I'm using version 2.2 of the VLAR-kill Linux binary. I'm not aware of anything more recent than that.

Where's that please?

There's Crunch3r's site but no mention of the VLAR-kill...

Thanks,
Martin

OK, to answer my own questions, see:

Instructions from Andrew@home

Terse instructions to get CUDA installed from sunu.

And the Crunch3r linux s@h vlar-kill files.

And you need to hack your app_info.xml file.

Mmmm... Perhaps I should revisit my automatic install script...

Good luck!

Happy crunchin',
Martin
