I'm trying to re-open my account. My e-mail address is still "active", but my password is not being accepted. I followed the protocol to get help and was sent an e-mail giving me a link to allow me to log into my SETI account. Unfortunately, the page which comes up asks me to log-into-my-account.

Re-reading the e-mail I notice that I'm to log into my account to be able to log into my account.

I am the only person who's lost here? Where do I go to get either back into my account or to allow me to set up a new account with my e-mail address?

Thank you.

On a hunch, I switched from my Firefox browser to Internet Explorer. The link provided in the e-mail worked. It allowed me direct access to my account, wherein I dutifully changed my account password.

However, now I'm left with the intellectual insult: it works in IE but not Firefox. I was not amused.

Are you using a script blocker in Firefox? If you are, you must allow the Seti pages through in that script blocker. You may also review your strictness on accepting cookies.
